Since installation, customers have kept commenting on it, and some who experienced it said they'd want the same system installed in their own businesses too. That's the kind of reaction you can't manufacture, only earn.

The client runs several minimarket branches and had no simple way to know which ones were actually busiest day to day. Beyond that, walking into any branch felt the same as walking into any other minimarket, nothing that made a customer feel noticed.

We designed and built the entire system ourselves, from the first concept and sourcing every part, through early testing in our lab, to the final build and its own custom-made casing, then our engineering team handled the complete installation on site. What it does is simple: a smart sensor at the door detects whether someone is walking in or walking out, plays a friendly welcome sound as they enter and a goodbye as they leave, and quietly keeps count of every visit, so the owner finally has real numbers to compare, branch by branch. Shop staff can turn the volume up or down, or switch the whole thing off, from a simple control page on their phone or computer, no internet connection needed.

Customers have responded to it warmly, some have even said they'd like the same setup at their own business.

A Clock Tanzania's Aviation Authority Can Set and Forget

Since September 2025, a digital clock we built for Songwe Airport hasn't missed a beat. No fault calls, no manual resets, not once. For an aviation authority where every timestamp matters, that reliability was the entire point.

The airport's previous clock ran on a disposable battery and drifted out of sync on its own, needing regular correction by hand, with the added risk that the battery could simply die and take the display dark with it. For a clock that registers timestamps in aviation processes, that kind of drift or outage wasn't a minor annoyance, it was a real operational risk.

Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) brought us in to fix it properly. We built a custom digital clock that corrects its own time automatically, even a half-second drift gets caught, and paired it with a rechargeable battery backup system we designed and 3D printed in-house, replacing the failure-prone dry cell so the display keeps running straight through a power interruption.

The system passed a one-month trial with zero issues, and TCAA paid the full contract in a single installment.
